Designed and manufactured to a high standard right here in Mount Maunganui using aircraft grade 6061 aluminium billet

This kit is designed for all out high RPM engines with maximum alternator under-drive, freeing up as much HP as possible. 5PK belts have significantly more grip and less frictional loss than a Vee belt. Engine idle speed must be 1600RPM or higher

Suitable for engines running an electric waterpump 

• No risk of thrown belts, as with single and double Vee pulleys 
• Lightest kit available 
• Machined to tight tolerances aliminating runout and wobble 
• Alternator pulley fits all 15mm and 17mm shaft alternators (12A through FD) by means of a removable sleeve (included) 
• 35 micron semi-hard black anodised for surface toughness and longevity (ALT pulley) 
• 55 micron hard anodised crank pulley (crucial for preventing the front main seal cutting into the pulley)
• TDC mark etched into crank pulley
