FD Mazda Rx7 Idler Pulley Kit

Green Brothers compact idler kit eliminates water pump pulley belt slip when the air pump is removed from an FD engine 

• CNC machined in-house using 6061 T6 alloy
• Black anodized for long life
• Quality bearing 
• Simple bolt on installation (uses existing water pump stud)
• 3 bolt mounting for extra rigidity and load spread
• Plenty of clearance allowance for water intake and outlet pipes 

Works with both factory Mazda pulleys and aftermarket pulleys 

Bosch 5PK belt available for an extra $30 - 2 lengths available 

• Suit stock Mazda pulleys - they cant be aftermarket aluminium
• Suit Green Brothers aftermarket pulley kit 

Please note: 

If any of the pulleys fitted to your engine are aluminium/aftermarket (this includes the crank pulley, alternator pulley and waterpump pulley) there is no guarantee the belt option we offer will fit, 

We suggest fitting the idler kit, then measuing to get the correct belt length
