 Vapour blasting / Vapor honing is a fantastic way to seal new and revitalise old, oxidized aluminium and nonferrous metals for that satin new look.

It is a non-aggressive and non-destructive surface treatment that uses a combination of water, compressed air and a fine glass media to clean and restore surfaces, leaving them with a smooth, satin finish.

The blasting or honing process cleans and 'peens' the surface in turn sealing it making resistant to both corrosion and surface contaminants, greasy fingerprints just wipe away, unlike sand blasted parts that tend to absorb contaminants 

 We regularly blast items like gearbox casings, bellhousings, aluminium blocks, 12a, 13b & 20b Rotor housings, front covers, rocker covers, alternator housings, turbo compressor housings, intake manifolds, brass plaques and bells etc
